　　封箱流程

　　產品裝箱後經輸送鏈(帶、輥)送入封箱機，並遞交給輸箱機構，由夾箱皮帶夾住紙箱的兩側面，向前運動。前短舌經壓舌架自動彎曲，後短舌在紙箱進入封箱機托輥時，有一檢測訊號(光 電訊號)通知打舌氣缸動作，由打舌架將其折彎，同時有一訊號通知熔膠機自動噴膠。紙箱繼續向前運動，左、右長舌經過導向杆自動向中間折彎，同時壓箱機構皮帶，同步壓住紙箱左右長舌，使箱、舌、膠合在一起，完成封箱整形動作，即產品包裝的最後一道工序---自動封箱。After the products are packed, they are sent to the sealing machine through the conveyor chain (belt and roller) and delivered to the box conveying mechanism. The carton continues to move forward, and the left and right tongues are automatically bent to the middle through the guide rod. At the same time, the belt of the box pressing mechanism presses the left and right tongue of the carton synchronously to make the box, tongue and glue together to complete the sealing and shaping action, that is, automatic sealing, the last process of product packaging.
